LeeWood Thomas is one of the original members of the Arkansas Society of Freethinkers and has been active with the group consistently since its start in 1996. He has been one of the primary voices of the Arkansas Society of Freethinkers for several years. He has been instrumental in starting other secular clubs and organizations around Arkansas and leads the Saline Atheist & Skeptic Society.

Anne Orsi has served on the board of the Arkansas Society of Freethinkers since 2010. She has served the organization in several positions, including president for five years, and now serves as Secretary. She is an attorney licensed to practice in Arkansas and often writes about law and secularism, separation of church and state, and the effects of religion on government in the United States and in other countries.
